Why do we need Above Water?

As an island nation surrounded with thousands of miles of coastline and awash with inland waterways of every description, we all presume our children are educated to understand water safety and taught how to swim?

Studies show that half of the 4.7 million children that leave Primary School can't swim and or know nothing about water safety and drowning prevention.
